Just click next to go to a random picture.
If you see one you like all you have to do is tap "Download" and it will be saved to your phone.

You can also send the image to a friend by clicking on the "Share" button.

Notice: I recommend that you use this app on wifi due to the fact the images may take awhile to load if not on wifi.
